Sales Lead Representative

Job Summary: As a Sales Lead Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing store operations, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Prioritize client needs while balancing tasks and store operations
- Store Operations and Organization: Organize, delegate, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
- MERCHANDISING: Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, implementing and maintaining ANN INC.'s guidelines
- Accuracy: Handle cash and provide change without error, capturing accurate information for all transactions
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, management, and associates
- Schedule: Work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts
- Physical: Lift and carry up to 20 pounds, maneuver effectively around the store
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum six months sales associate experience with ANN INC. or equivalent experience with another retailer
- Part-time or full-time managerial experience preferred
Location: Alamance Crossing, Burlington, NC 27215
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience
Position Type: Regular/Part-time
