Job Overview

Glow Networks is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud-based networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud-based networking architectures using Microservice Architecture, CNF, VNF, and Cloud applications in Kubernetes/Docker environments.
  • Develop and implement secure networking solutions using Data Path Switching, Routing Protocols, and network security technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and evolve the architecture and underlying system design to build a scalable platform.
  • Make decisions on architecture and scaled services, and partner with product managers and stakeholders to define problems and provide solutions.
  • Produce high-quality designs, write code, and deliver software for production consumption.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Networking, Microservice Architecture, CNF, VNF, and Cloud applications.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in software development in a related area.
  • Strong technical leadership skills, with excellent verbal/written communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Programming experience in C/C++/GoLang, and Java is a bonus.
  • Experience with messaging services like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS.
  • Development experience in Springboot or SpringCloud is a big plus.
  • SaaS experience over GCP, AWS, Azure is a big Plus.
  • Experience or understanding of APIs/services in cloud is big plus.
  • Good to have OAuth, OpenID, SAML based authentication experience or knowledge.
