Hardware Engineer - Exciting Opportunity at Kaizen Approach

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic team at Kaizen Approach. As a Hardware Engineer, you will provide expert analysis and support for intricate hardware systems, dealing with design, architecture, and network challenges.

This role includes procurement and acceptance testing of equipment as well as deploying, installing, and implementing hardware in various locations. You will be responsible for preparing specifications based on system requirements, performing site surveys, developing engineering plans and Technical Design Packages, configuring computers and networking devices, and documenting configurations and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing specifications based on system requirements

  • Developing engineering plans and Technical Design Packages
  • Configuring computers and networking devices
  • Documenting configurations and reports

Requirements:

  • Skilled in preparing functional requirements and specifications
  • Experienced in analyzing hardware specifications
  • Capable of configuring computers, communications devices, and peripheral equipment
  • Proficient in preparing installation and troubleshooting guides
  • Experienced in conducting site surveys and preparing engineering plans
  • Minimum of seven (7) years experience in analyzing complex hardware systems
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or twelve (12) years of hardware engineering experience
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
