Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Medical Surgical team at Methodist Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
  • Current RN license in the state of Texas required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting required.
  • At least 1 year of charge nurse and/or leadership experience preferred.
