Clinical Nurse Coordinator Medical Surgical Tele Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Displaying our core values when interacting with co-workers, patients, family members, and others in the community to foster an environment where employees are engaged and where patient care is unparalleled.
- Assisting with staff scheduling and managing all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Leading in a way that inspires commitment to the vision, mission, and values of the organization and represents the organization positively within the community.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- A current Registered Nurse License to practice as a professional RN in the state of Texas or an Active Multi-State RN Compact License.
- A current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- A minimum of one year of healthcare experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a BSN and at least 3 years of healthcare experience.
