Funciones y Responsabilidades:

Centro de Mensajes.

  • El Coordinador de Soporte Técnico, en adelante CST, llevará a cabo las siguientes tareas en el centro de mensajes:
  • Utilizando GFI, el CST mantendrá y controlará el acceso físico al centro de mensajes.
  • El CST revisará y corregirá errores gramaticales y ortográficos utilizando el Procesador de Mensajes Comunes (CMP) para los mensajes navales salientes, proporcionados como GFI. El CST enviará los mensajes navales corregidos al Gobierno para su revisión y aprobación. Tras la aprobación del Gobierno, el CST transmitirá el mensaje aprobado a través del sistema de Intercambio de Información Oficial (OIX).
  • Diariamente, utilizando GFI, el CST actualizará la lista de destinatarios de mensajes navales tanto clasificados como no clasificados en Microsoft Outlook y en una hoja de cálculo de Excel mantenida en la unidad compartida.
  • Diariamente, utilizando GFI, el CST revisará los mensajes navales por contenido y asegurará que sean entregados a los destinatarios apropiados a través de Microsoft Outlook.
  • Diariamente, utilizando GFI, el CST mantendrá los perfiles del Sistema de Difusión de Mensajes de Defensa (DMDS) para los destinatarios de mensajes navales clasificados y no clasificados.
  • El CST realizará copias de seguridad semanales de las bases de datos de DMDS y de los Archivos de Datos de Outlook (ODFs) y guardará las copias de seguridad en la unidad compartida para revisión del Gobierno.
  • Semanalmente, utilizando GFI, el CST eliminará o añadirá archivos en la página web del centro de mensajes.

Eventos Especiales.

El CST proporcionará servicios de seguridad para eventos especiales, incluyendo control de acceso y vehículos, así como monitoreo de los terrenos y asistentes del evento para observar y reportar actividades, personal u objetos sospechosos. Se estima que habrá un promedio de siete (7) eventos especiales por año. Cada evento puede durar desde horas hasta cinco (5) días. Los eventos especiales incluyen reuniones públicas, ceremonias de Cambio de Mando, Días de la Industria del Ejercicio de Tecnología Naval Anual (ANTX), Picnics para Empleados, el día de llevar a un niño al trabajo, y cualquier otro evento de alto perfil que se espera atraiga a más de trescientos asistentes.

  • Utilizando GFI, el CST actualizará las páginas web de seguridad existentes de NUWCDIVNPT.

Experiencia Mínima/General:

  • 1 año de experiencia en aplicaciones de oficina generales o experiencia similar.

  • Diploma de Secundaria.
