Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to enhance Citigroup's client presence and optimize revenue, while collaborating with management and colleagues to establish a comprehensive marketing plan with clear priorities, market penetration, and revenue targets.

+ Utilize professional networks, comprehend client requirements, present Citigroup's offerings, persuade clients to adopt them, and enhance client satisfaction along with Citigroup's revenue.

+ Guide the team in strategic positioning and finalizing transactions with various internal stakeholders, including structuring, trading, legal, credit, and risk management.

+ Cultivate relationships with sales professionals to leverage Citigroup's brand and identify relevant buying and selling opportunities for clients.

+ Ensure robust governance and controls are in place.

+ Collaborate closely with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance to maintain a solid governance and control framework.

+ Foster a culture of responsible finance, ethical governance, and expense management.

+ Assess risk versus reward in transactions when making business decisions, ensuring careful consideration of the firm's reputation.

+ Familiarize oneself with and adhere to Citigroup's Code of Conduct and the Supervision Plan for Global Markets and Securities Services.

+ Comply with all policies and procedures relevant to the role, which will be communicated accordingly.

+ Obtain and maintain all necessary registrations and licenses required for the position within the specified timeframe.

+ Evaluate risks when making business decisions, demonstrating particular regard for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, and applying sound ethical judgment in personal conduct and business practices.

Qualifications:

+ 5-8 years of relevant experience.

+ Experience in a client-facing capacity within the buy-side community.

+ Sales experience in a financial services organization.

+ Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

+ Consistently exhibit clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

+ Preferred broad client relationships.

+ Must possess or be able to obtain necessary licenses, including Series 3, 7, 55, and 63.
