We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Commercial Construction division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement project strategies and plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community members, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial construction.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, materials, and quality control.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in construction project management software.
- Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, including building codes, safety laws, and regulations.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus, but not required.
