About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our Manufacturing team at Ford Motor Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing efficient production processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics, and material flow.
  • Conduct time and motion studies and analyze production and non-production operations to determine areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving project proposals and lead process improvements.
  • Collaborate with production supervision and the UAW to settle job disputes and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in planning labor allocations for mix and line speed changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years' experience in Industrial Engineering, with experience in Microsoft Office.
  • MODAPTS Certification and GSPAS knowledge are a plus.
