The incumbent will also research potential event guests, draft invitations, coordinate logistics, communicate with guests, make travel arrangements, compile itineraries, and perform all other duties related to the efficient and effective operation of Center events and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Center activities and initiatives to state, national, and international audiences through various mediums.
  • Coordinate the regular monitoring of grant opportunities relevant to Center initiatives and helps with grant applications, oversight, and monitoring.
  • Manage Center fundraising initiatives and alumni development.
  • Perform and oversee basic legal research related to the Center's initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage student researchers and volunteers engaged in Center work.
Requirements
  • Master's degree and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Juris Doctor degree.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Exemplary organizational skills and project management skills.
  • Professional and courteous customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize duties, and work well under pressure.
  • The ability to work efficiently with peers, leadership, faculty, and VIPs.
  • Self-motivated with focused initiative.
