Vaco is seeking a Corporate Travel Specialist to support a leading organization in managing their Corporate Travel program (CTP). This role involves providing comprehensive assistance to all facets of corporate travel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct assistance to enterprise travelers, including managing travel-related issues, unused tickets, and supporting special events.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of travel tools, procedures, and compliance programs for staff across the organization.
  • Regularly report on the status of Corporate Travel objectives and projects to leadership, including both written and oral updates.
  • Stay informed about travel best practices and advise leadership on potential impacts to the Corporate Travel program.
  • Preferred qualifications include certifications such as Certified Travel Industry Executive (CTIE), Certificate in Corporate Travel Execution (CCTE), or Certified Travel Associate (CTA).
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in the Egencia online booking tool.
  • Understanding of project management principles with experience in managing multiple projects across various departments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and initiative.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience in traveler support or managing a travel program.
