Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Ford auto parts department as a Counter Assistant. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with parts inventory management, and supporting the overall operations of the parts department.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a professional and timely manner, identifying their needs and providing accurate information about parts and accessories.
- Parts Management: Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels, stocking shelves, and organizing parts effectively.
- Sales and Support: Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
