Job Title: Critical Care Nurse - ECMO ICU Specialist

Job Summary:
South Austin Medical Center is seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team as an ECMO ICU Specialist. This is a contract position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a high-level care team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in the ECMO ICU setting
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in ECMO care
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication

Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
BLS and ACLS certification
Experience working in an ECMO ICU setting
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
