Critical Care Nurse

As a Registered Nurse with Infojini Healthcare, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. Your key responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
Prioritize patient and family needs, creating and implementing care plans to achieve desired outcomes
Build relationships with patients and families, managing discomfort and staying professional in therapeutic connections
Create care plans that reflect the values of Infojini Healthcare, aiding in resolving issues and promoting patient well-being
Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices
Requirements
A deep understanding of nursing and patient care standards, as well as procedures
Knowledge of nursing laws, rules, standards, and guidelines in your area
Proficiency in medical terms, focusing on health, disease prevention, management, common meds, and their side effects
Respect for medical and professional nursing ethics and patient privacy rights
Exceptional communication skills, allowing for clear expression of thoughts both verbally and in writing
Positive social skills to facilitate interactions with a diverse range of parties
Excellent problem-solving capabilities, driving effective critical thinking
Basic computer skills, encompassing areas such as Microsoft Office, information security, scheduling and payroll systems, electronic medical documentation, and email
