Job Opportunity

New Communities Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician to join our team. As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with persistent mental health challenges in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in achieving their goals through a personalized plan
  • Encourage positive change through a supportive approach
  • Administer medication as required
  • Promote community integration and inclusion
  • Participate in recreational and social activities with clients

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma/GED
  • 18 years of age or over
  • Active driver's license
  • Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required. Willing to train.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
