Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at RightWorks Inc. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, while also driving process improvement initiatives.
About the Role:
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including APQP and SPC plans.
- Conduct product audits to verify stability and identify areas for improvement.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze data to drive decision-making and improve processes.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of APQP and SPC concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
