Experienced Aviation Transition Coordinator for Leading Construction Management Firm

Foster CM Group, a highly respected and experienced Program/Construction Management firm, seeks an exceptional ORAT Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will advise and assist our team in complying with the requirements of the ORAT program, engaging in airport scope requirements, planning, and conducting preparation activities, and monitoring progress. With experience in airline/airport operations, large-scale event planning, or organizational development, you will be responsible for coordinating stakeholder engagement and ensuring seamless communication with multiple entities, including airlines, airport authorities, government agencies, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in and support planning, ramp-up, and execution of facility transition and opening plans, identifying any simulations needed for successful Day 1 activities.
- Assist in developing Stakeholder Engagement and Operational Interface Plans, Familiarization, Induction, and Training Plans, as well as the ORAT schedule and interface with the Program.
- Establish and manage communications with key stakeholders, including SAAS management, vendors, concessionaires, airlines, third-party ground handlers, and the airport business community, to ensure they are engaged in the ORAT program.
- Develop and maintain ORAT SharePoint tools, utilizing reporting tools such as SharePoint, Risk Registers, Issue Logs, Dashboards, Prolog, Primavera, Microsoft Office, and other software to manage ORAT programs.
- Regularly report status and progress to Program leadership and review project schedules, testing, and close-out plans for detailed turnover plans, including duties and responsibilities of all parties.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Architecture, or an operational background.
- Minimum 5 years of related industry experience, preferably in commercial construction knowledge, security clearance, or the ability to obtain security clearance.
