Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks as directed by management.
- Prepare adequately for each job by gathering necessary equipment, safety gear, tools, and documentation.
- Set up the job site by unloading and positioning equipment for installation.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of respirators when required.
- Conduct site surveys to safeguard the building and surrounding areas.
- Maintain a safe distance from non-PPE personnel during operations.
- Inspect electrical and security wiring to ensure safety before commencing work.
- Execute preparation tasks systematically to avoid omissions.
- Complete caulking and foaming tasks around windows and doors with precision.
- Review completed work to minimize callbacks.
- Manage waste materials effectively during the cleanup process.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are accounted for and cleaned before leaving the site.
- Understand and follow the operating procedures for all equipment.
- Develop efficient spray techniques to reduce waste.
- Uphold the high-quality standards of Ecological Insulation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and/or relevant experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times.
- May require wearing respirators; must pass a medical evaluation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and utilize required safety equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Constant standing and walking.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Regular movement of heavy equipment.
- Frequent bending, squatting, and twisting.
- Climbing and using ladders/scaffolding regularly.
- Stamina to work extended hours.
Work Environment: The Installer will encounter both indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, and job site hazards such as dust and noise.
