We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador at the Gulfgate Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our brand, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Proactively engage with customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in G-Suite and other digital tools.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
