About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to customers on their financial journeys
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experiences
  • Participate in community events and initiatives to promote financial literacy and education
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
