Role Summary:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at CommonSpirit Health, your primary responsibility will be to assist hiring managers and organizational leaders in sourcing and securing top-tier candidates for various job openings. Your efforts will contribute to our overarching goal of promoting healthier communities.
In this role, you will prioritize creating a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the skills and qualifications required for each position, ensuring that we attract the best talent available. Your responsibilities will include developing effective recruitment strategies, engaging with passive candidates, and serving as a proactive ambassador for our talent acquisition efforts.
Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree coupled with five (5) years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster connections with candidates, employees, and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for researching issues to identify effective solutions.
