About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our outpatient practice team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for children and adolescents
  • Prescribe and manage medications as needed
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Full licensure in Missouri (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA
  • Experience in both medication management and therapy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting
