- Work closely with commercial sales teams to schedule orders, crews, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist project managers in the coordination and implementation of commercial projects from initiation to completion, including building orders, ordering supplies, and communication with suppliers.
- Oversee commercial crews on site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Set up and oversee safety measures, order materials, and schedule deliveries.
- Coordinate with general contractors and crews to ensure project success.
- Assist the commercial sales estimator with other tasks as required.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak project periods or in response to urgent project demands.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or administrative roles within the roofing or construction industry.
- Commercial roofing experience or in-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and project workflows is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management software and other project tracking tools.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction site safety protocols.
- Ability to organize and track permits, inspections, and approvals necessary for project completion.
