Job Overview

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for creating prototype parts and modifying production components from drawings, blueprints, and sketches using various equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and machine parts per engineering specifications and modify existing components as needed.
  • Source materials for fabrication.
  • Collaborate with engineering and test lab staff to resolve fabrication issues.
  • Support production equipment in critical situations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma, vocational training, or apprenticeship.
  • Experience: 2-4 years with apprenticeship papers or 10 years tool and die experience.
  • Preferred: 5-7 years experience or 15 years in tool and die, CAD/MasterCAM a plus.
  • Must be able to operate lathes, mills, drill presses, and grinders.
