Flexible Packaging Specialist

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating flexible packaging machines, ensuring high-quality production, and minimizing waste. You will also be responsible for performing quality checks, handling material, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Fluent English language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to stand, walk, run, sit, kneel, stoop/bend, lift over 50 pounds frequently, squat, push, pull, crawl, jump, slide, climb, pinch, grip, reach overhead, reach away from body, and perform repetitive motions.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
