About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently setting up, running, and shutting down flexible packaging machines, while ensuring high-quality production and minimal waste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical understanding of control panels and instrumentation data to ensure accurate machinery performance.
  • Stacking film to customer requirements and reducing waste levels by maintaining appropriate settings.
  • Performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet customer needs.
  • Handling material, finished products, and packing material within the production site.
  • Operating equipment and adjusting settings as needed.
  • Assisting shift leaders and maintenance personnel with equipment repair and troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining records of production data and a clean and organized workspace.
  • Reporting any changes or unusual results on product or equipment.
