Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Systems Manager or other supervisory personnel, you will be tasked with ensuring a clean and safe environment within the Distribution Center, particularly in the warehouse area. This role is compliance critical, necessitating adherence to all corporate and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness: Sweep and mop warehouse floors, ensuring a tidy and organized space.
  • Waste management: Regularly empty and replace trash bags and receptacles throughout the warehouse.
  • Trash handling: Move waste from the trash conveyor to the compactor.
  • Support maintenance tasks: Assist with maintenance-related duties as directed by the Systems Manager.
  • Outdoor cleanliness: Collect and dispose of litter around the exterior of the Distribution Center.
  • Compliance: Follow all relevant policies, procedures, safety regulations, and DEA guidelines.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory activities.
  • Additional duties: Perform related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically, less than one year of relevant work experience is required.

  • Effective communication: Ability to convey information clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Instruction comprehension: Capability to understand and follow directions accurately.
  • Interpersonal skills: Demonstrated ability to interact positively with others.
  • Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
