Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Helping Hands Pediatrics. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care to children from birth to 21 years old, and selected adults, under the direction of a RN Care Manager.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing venipunctures, and maintaining peripheral IVs.
- Collaborate with the RN Care Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in unit quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
- Assist with examinations and treatments, and provide instructions and explanations to patients and families.
- Graduate of an approved school of practical or vocational nursing.
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Satisfactory completion of orientation objectives.
