Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose and address equipment issues quickly to maintain workflow and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
  • Preventive Care: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of our equipment.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and ergonomics procedures.
  • Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift as needed to support your duties.
  • Documentation: Accurately log completed work and shift notes in our digital system.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in general maintenance, with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Certification: Trade school graduate or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with tools, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Readiness: Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in various conditions, including indoor and outdoor environments.
