Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our Development II team at EMH&T. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for commercial site development design projects and work collaboratively with the project team to develop creative solutions to address client needs and solve design and construction challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate work or consultation with internal departments and multidisciplinary teams, including landscape architects, surveyors, construction representatives, environmental scientists, and other civil engineering professionals.
  • Identify and acquire essential information needed to complete assignments, such as municipal standards, local utility, and/or owner requirements.
  • Assist the senior project manager by planning and organizing workflow, providing technical oversight of various project components, overseeing the preparation of design calculations, details, and specifications, as well as assisting with plan reviews and modifications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with experience in land/infrastructure development. You should be a detail-oriented professional who can work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful solutions.
