Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate candidates while ensuring a top-notch candidate experience.
  • Handle a high volume of communications and utilize sourcing strategies to maintain a robust candidate pipeline, showcasing excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Meet departmental performance metrics and achieve company objectives across various offices and campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent communication with both clients and candidates.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to stay informed about ongoing campaign requirements and industry trends.
  • Build and sustain trusting, respectful, and collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct candidate outreach through a variety of channels, including phone calls, emails, text messages, and other engagement methods.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in technology and familiar with Windows-based applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and projects in a dynamic setting.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt, think creatively, solve problems, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Experience in recruitment or high-volume hiring is advantageous.
