Role Summary

The Golf Shop Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the Head Golf Professional and assistant professionals in the daily operations of the golf shop.   • Facilitate the check-in process for golfers in alignment with hotel standards.
  • Oversee merchandising and sales, manage inventory, promote products, and assist customers.
  • Monitor golf course activities, including play, range usage, and staff performance.
  • Ensure guest service excellence by fostering an environment that reflects the values and goals of the operation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. PGA apprenticeship is advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year in a guest service role is preferred.
