Sales and Service Manager Assistant

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Service Manager Assistant at Midas. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and service operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of sales and service operations, including customer interactions, sales and service delivery, and team management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and service strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to achieve sales and service targets, including setting goals, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure that our business remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
