Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate data for completion of case report forms (CRFs) and perform data entry for clinical research trials and projects. The ideal candidate will have previous research experience, especially in oncology, and be proficient in Medidata Solutions or other EDC used for clinical research.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate data for completion of case report forms (CRFs) and perform data entry for clinical research trials and projects.
  • Review all clinical study records to ensure complete documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist the research staff in meeting all data lock and query resolution deadlines.
  • Update outside sponsors as needed on query resolution, outstanding number of CRFs to be completed, etc.
  • Maintain research charts and subject records.
  • Obtain medical records, death certificates, and death information for all subjects as needed.

Requirements:

  • CALicensed Registered Nurse (RN)
  • BLS certified
  • Some experience in the field of clinical research

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in biology or science-field
  • Medical office experience
  • Experience with Medidata Solutions or other EDC used for clinical research
  • Oncology experience
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical research
  • SOCRA membership and/or certification
