About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at JobRialto as a Clinical Research Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting clinical research trials, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

">
  • Data coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating data for the completion of Case Report Forms (CRFs) and performing data entry for clinical research trials and projects.
  • Documentation review: You will review clinical study records to ensure complete documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Data management: You will assist the research staff in meeting all data lock and query resolution deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
  • Sponsor communication: You will provide updates to external sponsors as needed regarding query resolutions, outstanding CRFs, and progress.
  • Liaison role: You will act as a liaison between the research department and sponsors to ensure timely completion of CRFs and adherence to study timelines.
  • Chart and record maintenance: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date research charts and subject records.
  • Medical records handling: You will obtain medical records, death certificates, and related information for all subjects as needed for research purposes.
  • Compliance: You will ensure all data and subject records are maintained in compliance with clinical research protocols, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License is required.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
  • Clinical research experience: Some experience in clinical research or a related field, preferably in oncology or medical research, is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related science field is preferred.
  • Clinical experience: Experience in a medical office setting or clinical research environment is desirable.
  • EDC software proficiency: Experience with Medidata Solutions or other Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems used for clinical research is advantageous.
  • Oncology experience: Previous experience working in oncology research or clinical settings is beneficial.
  • Research experience: 2+ years of experience in clinical research is highly valued.
  • Certifications: Membership with SOCRA (Society of Clinical Research Associates) and/or SOCRA certification is a plus.

Salary

">

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
