Job Summary: Matrix Clinical Research is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to support the execution of research studies. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth study execution. Responsibilities:
  • Review study protocols, Case Report Forms (CRFs), and electronic data capture systems to prepare for assigned research studies.
  • Attend relevant study meetings, collect regulatory documentation, and submit as required by FDA and other regulatory bodies.
  • Recruit patients for clinical trials and maintain subject screening logs.
  • Orient research subjects to the study, including procedures and protocol issues.
  • Design source documentation based on protocol requirements and schedule study visits.
  • Collect and record research subject data according to study protocol and SOPs.
  • Handle lab testing and analysis, including lab logistics.
  • Monitor subject safety and report adverse reactions to medical personnel.
  • Correspond with research subjects and troubleshoot study-related questions.
  • Participate in meetings to confirm daily tasks are executed.
