About the Role:

We are seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our sales force by managing the day-to-day processes involved in launching, maintaining, and optimizing advertising campaigns.

This role requires close collaboration with Yahoo's sales reps, Client Services Leads, and clients to ensure the success of ad campaigns from inception to completion.

The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for the creation, management, and evaluation of digital ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate campaign setup and billing with internal entities such as Yahoo Creative Studios, Legal, Billing, Order Quality Assurance, and Financial Operations.
  • Oversee the creation and management of ads across all platforms.
  • Monitor the health of clients' campaigns and collaborate with account teams to enhance performance.
  • Provide assistance for operations-related issues.
  • Partner with billing and collections teams to resolve billing-related issues.
  • Delegate tasks to internal operations teams and ensure their completion.
  • Support Ad Operations teammates in day-to-day tasks and special projects.
  • Stay updated and grow within the dynamic digital advertising industry.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $146,250 per year and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, and experience.

The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
