Baptist Health is seeking a skilled Food Services Room Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition Services department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care through nourishing meals and excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**

  • Deliver patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs, and in-between meal food delivery.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of patient meals, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Nutrition Services team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

**Requirements**

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and write.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Neat appearance and excellent hygiene.
  • Excellent customer relation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
