Director of Revenue Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Revenue Management to lead our revenue strategy at Hyatt Regency Chicago O'Hare. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the airport market and extensive knowledge of Hyatt systems such as RMT, Prio, Reserve, and PRO.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead weekly revenue management calls to assist with strategy and forecast.
  • Review data, reports, market conditions, and trends, evaluating and suggesting revenue management strategies.
  • Analyze and forecast demand, ensuring effective selling strategies, oversell strategies, and optimized market mix and use of distribution channels for overall hotel profitability.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a Revenue Management role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Chicago airport market and strategies for Group, Contract, and Transient business segments.
  • Expertise in Hyatt systems, including RMT, Reserve, Prio, and PRO, and other relevant hotel revenue management tools.
