**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled Program Director to lead our IDD Services team in Beaumont, TX. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of one to four programs, including managing staff members, implementing program planning, and ensuring high-quality services are delivered to our clients.

**Responsibilities**

Your duties will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of one to four programs in a community
  • Managing program staff members, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation
  • Making recommendations on employee hires and terminations
  • Implementing program planning, monitoring delivery of services and supports, and ensuring services are consistent and engaging

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry. You must also have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills to manage relationships.
