Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and recommending solutions to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed sales goals, consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, making informed recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in providing exceptional customer service
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Previous experience working with paint and paint-related products, as well as operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish
