  • Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle tours.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the sales team to achieve dealership goals.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and salesmanship abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
