Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse with Dove Healthcare - South Eau Claire, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team as an Admissions Nurse. This is a full-time position, working every other weekend and every other holiday, with a comprehensive benefit package that includes health insurance, dental, vision, and life insurance options.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate new patient admissions and readmissions

Coordinate transfers and discharges

Assist with MDS assessments and other routine documentation

Complete assessments of patients with acute illnesses

Coordinate physician and family notification

Assist with order completion

On-call responsibilities

Requirements:

Current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse

Degree from an accredited school of nursing
