Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress
- Provide personalized nutrition recommendations, including diet, supplements, and enteral/parenteral nutrition
- Implement and monitor individualized meal plans, provide nutrition counseling, and develop educational materials
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Document patient progress, run meal planning and cooking groups, and coordinate grocery shopping and restaurant outings
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field
- Registered Dietitian license
- Valid driver's license
- CPR certification
