Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, and resilience, with a strong analytical nature and agility
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of inspiring and leading high-performing teams
  • US Food and Beverage experience, with a strong background in sales, marketing/brand management, and business development
  • 9+ years of total work experience in well-rounded business development, with a focus on omnichannel and direct-to-consumer offerings
  • Bachelor's degree required, with an advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA) preferred
