Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements for resolving issues, enhancements, and projects.
  • Formulate and configure applications to meet business requirements and execute solutions that help business units achieve their strategic objectives.
  • Author Functional Specification Documents.
  • Test and track business requirements through implementation.
  • Analyze business strategy and user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications for resolving issues, new enhancements, and new applications.
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding and available IT solutions.
  • Interpret existing applications and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Basic Qualifications:
  • 1-2+ years of Business Analyst experience through internships or industry experience to include:
  • Experience developing and managing functional/technical specifications and test plans.
  • 2+ years SAP experience.
  • Excellent documentation experience using Microsoft office, SharePoint or similar tool.
  • Ability to identifying process issues and suggestions for improvement.
  • Strong communicator with organized thought delivery. Self starter / independent worker.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education).
