Join Our Team as an Early Childhood Development Therapist

Soar Autism Center is a leading provider of autism services, and we're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Development Therapist to join our team.

As an Early Childhood Development Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping young children with autism reach their full potential. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that cater to each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians
  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery
