Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a Developmental Therapist, you will work closely with children aged 2-6, providing personalized one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic setting. You will implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting.

  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are crucial, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Preference given to college graduates or individuals pursuing higher education.
