Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop control systems in accordance with machine specifications and project requirements.
2. Design safe and efficient industrial control systems through comprehensive requirement analysis, including electrical and pneumatic schematics, bill of materials, and PLC & HMI design.
3. Implement systematic procedures to verify that control systems function as intended.
4. Provide guidance to facilitate smooth debugging and testing phases of projects.
5. Collaborate with team members to adhere to project timelines and budgets.
6. Manage relationships with controls outsourcing vendors, ensuring project scope, schedule, and costs are maintained.
7. Assist in project quotations related to control functionalities and required resources.
8. Maintain professionalism during customer facility visits for installation and startup.
9. Follow all safety, production, and quality protocols during project execution.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. 2-10 years of experience in industrial automation, electro-mechanical systems, and controls.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
3. Proven ability to collaborate with mechanical engineers in developing automated systems.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
5. Experience in PLC programming is essential.
6. Familiarity with motion control systems, including servo programming, is advantageous, particularly with Yaskawa systems.
7. Skilled in debugging and testing electro-mechanical systems and controls.
8. Experience in configuring HMIs for discrete manufacturing equipment is required.
