Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Brookdale Collin Oaks. This role will oversee the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, including staff supervision and training.
  • Ensure residents receive quality care and services, with a focus on resident-centered care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LVN/LPN license in good standing.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
